步進電機選型(xing)
步進(jin)電機能將電脈沖(chong)(chong)信(xin)號轉(zhuan)變(bian)(bian)為角位(wei)(wei)移或線位(wei)(wei)移。在(zai)額(e)定功(gong)率范圍內,電機的轉(zhuan)速只取決于(yu)脈沖(chong)(chong)信(xin)號的頻率和脈沖(chong)(chong)數,而(er)不(bu)受(shou)負載變(bian)(bian)化的影響,加上步進(jin)電機累積誤差(cha)較(jiao)小等特(te)點,使得(de)(de)在(zai)速度、位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)等領域用步進(jin)電機來(lai)控制變(bian)(bian)得(de)(de)較(jiao)為簡(jian)單(dan)。步進(jin)電機分三種,目前主要廣泛應用的是。選用(yong)步進電機時,必須注意如下廠方參數(shu)。
廠房(fang)參數
1) 步距角: 收到一(yi)個步進(jin)脈沖,電(dian)機所轉(zhuan)動的(de)(de)(de)角度(du)。實際步距角和驅動器的(de)(de)(de)細分數有關。一(yi)般(ban)步進(jin)電(dian)機的(de)(de)(de)精度(du)為步距角的(de)(de)(de)3-5%,不累積。
2) 相(xiang)數(shu)(shu): 電(dian)機內部(bu)的線圈組數(shu)(shu)。相(xiang)數(shu)(shu)不(bu)同(tong),步距(ju)角不(bu)同(tong)。如使用細(xi)(xi)分(fen)驅動器,則‘相(xiang)數(shu)(shu)’沒(mei)有意義:改變細(xi)(xi)分(fen)數(shu)(shu)就可改變步距(ju)角。
3) 保(bao)(bao)(bao)持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju):亦稱為(wei)靜轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)。指額定電(dian)流下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速為(wei)零時,外力迫(po)使轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)所需的(de)(de)力矩(ju)。保(bao)(bao)(bao)持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)與驅動(dong)電(dian)壓及驅動(dong)電(dian)源等(deng)無關(guan)。步(bu)(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)在(zai)低(di)速時的(de)(de)力矩(ju)接近保(bao)(bao)(bao)持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)。由(you)于步(bu)(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)輸出力矩(ju)和功(gong)率隨速度增大而不斷(duan)變(bian)化,所以(yi)保(bao)(bao)(bao)持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)是衡量(liang)步(bu)(bu)進電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)參數(shu)之(zhi)一。雖然保(bao)(bao)(bao)持轉(zhuan)(zhuan)矩(ju)與電(dian)磁激磁安匝數(shu)成正比,與定齒轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子間(jian)的(de)(de)氣隙(xi)有關(guan)。但過份采用減小(xiao)氣隙(xi),增加激磁安匝來(lai)提高靜力矩(ju)是不可取的(de)(de),這樣會(hui)造成電(dian)機(ji)的(de)(de)發(fa)熱及機(ji)械噪音。
保持(chi)轉矩(ju)的選型確(que)定:
步(bu)進(jin)電(dian)機的(de)(de)動(dong)態力矩(ju)一下子很難確(que)定,往往先確(que)定電(dian)機的(de)(de)靜力矩(ju)。靜力矩(ju)選擇的(de)(de)依據是電(dian)機工作(zuo)的(de)(de)負(fu)(fu)載,而負(fu)(fu)載可(ke)分為慣性負(fu)(fu)載和摩(mo)擦(ca)負(fu)(fu)載二(er)(er)種。單一的(de)(de)慣性負(fu)(fu)載和單一的(de)(de)摩(mo)擦(ca)負(fu)(fu)載是不存在的(de)(de)。階越(突然)起動(dong)時(shi)(一般(ban)由(you)低速)時(shi)二(er)(er)種負(fu)(fu)載均要考(kao)慮,加(jia)速(斜(xie)坡)起動(dong)時(shi)主要考(kao)慮慣性負(fu)(fu)載,恒速運行進(jin)只要考(kao)慮摩(mo)擦(ca)負(fu)(fu)載。一般(ban)情況下,保(bao)持轉(zhuan)矩(ju)應為摩(mo)擦(ca)負(fu)(fu)載的(de)(de)2-3倍內好,保持轉矩一旦選(xuan)定(ding),電機的機座及長度便(bian)能確定(ding)下(xia)來。
4) 額定相電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu):指電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)實現(xian)各項額定廠方參數(shu)時(shi)的每相(每個線圈(quan))電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。實驗(yan)證明高于和(he)低于該電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)均(jun)可造成(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)工作時(shi)某些指標超標而同時(shi)另一些指標不達(da)標。
