過壓類故(gu)障
變頻(pin)器的(de)過電壓集中表現在(zai)直流母線的(de)支(zhi)流電壓上。正常情況下,變頻(pin)器直流電為三相:全波整流后的(de)平(ping)均(jun)值。若以380V線電(dian)(dian)壓計(ji)算,則平(ping)均(jun)直流電(dian)(dian)壓Ud=1.35 U線=513V。 在過電(dian)(dian)壓發生(sheng)時(shi),直流母(mu)線的(de)儲能電(dian)(dian)容將被充電(dian)(dian),當電(dian)(dian)壓上至760V左(zuo)右(you)時(shi),變頻器(qi)過電(dian)(dian)壓保(bao)護(hu)動作。因此,變頻器(qi)來說,都有一(yi)個正常的(de)工作電(dian)(dian)壓范(fan)圍(wei),當電(dian)(dian)壓超過這個范(fan)圍(wei)時(shi)很可能損壞變頻器(qi),常見(jian)的(de)過電(dian)(dian)壓有兩類。
1、輸入交流電源過(guo)壓
這種情況是指(zhi)輸入電(dian)壓超過正常范圍,一般發生(sheng)在節假(jia)日負載較輕,電(dian)壓升高或降低而線(xian)路出(chu)現(xian)故障,此時好斷開電(dian)源,檢查、處(chu)理。
2、發(fa)電類過電壓故(gu)障(zhang)
這種(zhong)情(qing)況出現的概率較高,主要是(shi)電機(ji)(ji)的同步轉(zhuan)速比實際轉(zhuan)速還(huan)高,使電動(dong)機(ji)(ji)處于發電狀(zhuang)態,而變頻器又沒有(you)(you)安裝制動(dong)單元,有(you)(you)兩起情(qing)況可以引(yin)起這一故障(zhang)。
(1)當(dang)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)大慣性負載(zai)時,其減(jian)速(su)時間(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)比(bi)較(jiao)小,在(zai)減(jian)速(su)過(guo)程中(zhong)(zhong),變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)速(su)度比(bi)較(jiao)快,而(er)負載(zai)靠本身阻力減(jian)速(su)比(bi)較(jiao)慢,使(shi)負載(zai)拖(tuo)動(dong)(dong)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機的(de)(de)(de)轉速(su)比(bi)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)的(de)(de)(de)頻(pin)率(lv)所對(dui)應的(de)(de)(de)轉速(su)還(huan)要高,電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機處(chu)于(yu)發(fa)電(dian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態,而(er)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)沒有(you)能量(liang)(liang)回(hui)饋(kui)單(dan)(dan)元,因而(er)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)支流(liu)直流(liu)回(hui)路電(dian)壓升高,超出(chu)(chu)保護值,出(chu)(chu)現故障(zhang),而(er)中(zhong)(zhong)經(jing)常發(fa)生(sheng)在(zai)干燥(zao)部分,處(chu)理這(zhe)種故障(zhang)可(ke)(ke)(ke)以增加再生(sheng)制動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)元,或者修改變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)參(can)數,把(ba)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)減(jian)速(su)時間(jian)設(she)的(de)(de)(de)長--些。增加再生(sheng)制動(dong)(dong)單(dan)(dan)元功(gong)能包(bao)括能量(liang)(liang)消耗(hao)型(xing),并(bing)聯(lian)直流(liu)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)吸(xi)收型(xing)、能量(liang)(liang)回(hui)饋(kui)型(xing)。能量(liang)(liang)消耗(hao)型(xing)在(zai)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)直流(liu)回(hui)路中(zhong)(zhong)并(bing)聯(lian)一-個制動(dong)(dong)電(dian)阻,通(tong)過(guo)檢(jian)測直流(liu)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)電(dian)壓來控制功(gong)率(lv)管的(de)(de)(de)通(tong)斷。并(bing)聯(lian)直流(liu)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)吸(xi)收型(xing)使(shi)用在(zai)多(duo)電(dian)機傳動(dong)(dong)系統,這(zhe)種系統往(wang)往(wang)有(you)一.臺或幾(ji)機經(jing)常工(gong)作于(yu)發(fa)電(dian)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態,產生(sheng)再生(sheng)能量(liang)(liang),這(zhe)些能量(liang)(liang)通(tong)過(guo)并(bing)聯(lian)母(mu)(mu)線(xian)被處(chu)于(yu)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)狀(zhuang)(zhuang)態的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)機吸(xi)收。能量(liang)(liang)回(hui)饋(kui)型(xing)的(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)器(qi)網側(ce)變(bian)(bian)(bian)流(liu)器(qi)是可(ke)(ke)(ke)逆的(de)(de)(de),當(dang)有(you)再生(sheng)能量(liang)(liang)產生(sheng)時可(ke)(ke)(ke)逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)流(liu)器(qi)就將(jiang)再生(sheng)能量(liang)(liang)回(hui)饋(kui)給電(dian)網。
(2)多個(ge)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)施(shi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)同一個(ge)負(fu)載時,也可(ke)能(neng)出現這一.故障, 主要由于(yu)沒有(you)負(fu)荷分配引起的(de)(de)(de)。以兩臺電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)拖動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)-一個(ge) 負(fu)載為例,當一臺電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)實際轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)大于(yu)另一臺電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)(de)同步轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)時,則(ze)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)高的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)相當于(yu)原動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji),轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速(su)低的(de)(de)(de)處于(yu)發(fa)電(dian)狀態,引起故障。在(zai)紙機(ji)(ji)經(jing)常發(fa)生在(zai)榨部及網部,處理時需(xu)加負(fu)荷分配控制。可(ke)以把(ba)處于(yu)紙機(ji)(ji)傳動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)速(su)度鏈(lian)分支的(de)(de)(de)變頻器特性調節軟一些。
