分析與(yu)處理(li)(li)過(guo)程(cheng):由(you)于機床(chuang)其他坐標軸(zhou)工作(zuo)正(zheng)常,X軸(zhou)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)無(wu)報警,全部(bu)狀(zhuang)態指示(shi)燈指示(shi)無(wu)故(gu)障(zhang),為了確(que)定故(gu)障(zhang)部(bu)位,考慮到6RA26**系列(lie)(lie)直流伺服驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度/電流調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)板A2相同(tong),維修時將X軸(zhou)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)A2板與(yu)Y軸(zhou)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)A2板進行(xing)了對(dui)調(diao)(diao)試(shi)驗。經(jing)試(shi)驗發現(xian),X軸(zhou)可以正(zheng)常工作(zuo),但Y軸(zhou)出(chu)現(xian)跟隨(sui)超(chao)差(cha)報警。根據這一現(xian)象,可以得出(chu)X軸(zhou)驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度/電流調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)板不(bu)良(liang)的(de)(de)結(jie)論。根據SIEMENS 6RA26**系列(lie)(lie)直流伺服驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)原(yuan)理(li)(li)圖,測(ce)量檢(jian)查發現(xian),當少(shao)量移動(dong)(dong)(dong)X軸(zhou)時驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)的(de)(de)速(su)(su)度給定輸(shu)入(ru)端57與(yu)69端子間有模擬(ni)量輸(shu)入(ru),測(ce)量驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)檢(jian)測(ce)端B1,速(su)(su)度模擬(ni)量電壓正(zheng)確(que),但速(su)(su)度比例調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)N4(LM301)的(de)(de)6腳輸(shu)出(chu)始終為0V。 對(dui)照(zhao)原(yuan)理(li)(li)圖逐一檢(jian)查速(su)(su)度調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)器(qi)LM301的(de)(de)反饋電阻(zu)R25、R27、R21,偏(pian)移調(diao)(diao)節(jie)(jie)(jie)電阻(zu)R10、R12、R13、R15、R14、R12,以及(ji)LM301的(de)(de)輸(shu)入(ru)保護二極管V1、V2,給定濾(lv)波環節(jie)(jie)(jie)R1、C1、R20、V14,速(su)(su)度反饋濾(lv)波環節(jie)(jie)(jie)的(de)(de)R27、R28、R8、R3、C5、R4等(deng)外(wai)圍元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian),確(que)認(ren)全部(bu)元(yuan)器(qi)件(jian)均無(wu)故(gu)障(zhang)。 因此,確(que)認(ren)故(gu)障(zhang)原(yuan)因是由(you)于LM301集成運放不(bu)良(liang)引起的(de)(de);更換LM301后,機床(chuang)恢復正(zheng)常工作(zuo),故(gu)障(zhang)排除。

分析與處理(li)過(guo)程:故(gu)障分析過(guo)程同前(qian)例(li),但在本例(li)中,利用示波器(qi)(qi)檢查位置測量系統的前(qian)置放大器(qi)(qi)EXE601/5-F的Ual和(he)Ua2、*Ual和(he)*Ua2輸出波形,發現(xian)同樣Ual無(wu)輸出。進(jin)一步檢查光柵輸出(前(qian)置放大器(qi)(qi)EXE601/5-F的輸入)信(xin)號波形,發現(xian)Ie1,信(xin)號輸入正確,確認(ren)故(gu)障是由于前(qian)置放大器(qi)(qi)EXE601/5-F不良引起的。根據(ju)EXE601/5-F的原(yuan)理(li)(詳見后(hou)述)逐(zhu)級(ji)測量前(qian)置放大器(qi)(qi)EXE601/5-F的信(xin)號,發現(xian)其(qi)中的一只LM339集成電壓比(bi)較器(qi)(qi)不良;更(geng)換后(hou),機(ji)床恢復正常工作。

分(fen)(fen)析與處(chu)理過程:根據面(mian)板上的(de)(de)“驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)”指示燈亮的(de)(de)現象,結合機床(chuang)電氣原(yuan)理圖與系統PLC程序分(fen)(fen)析,確(que)認機床(chuang)的(de)(de)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin)為Y軸驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)未準備好。檢(jian)查(cha)電柜內(nei)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi),測量6RA26**驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)主回(hui)路(lu)電源輸入,只有V相(xiang)有電壓(ya),進一(yi)步按機床(chuang)電氣原(yuan)理圖對照(zhao)檢(jian)查(cha),發現6RA26**驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)進線快速熔斷(duan)(duan)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)U、W相(xiang)熔斷(duan)(duan)。用萬(wan)用表測量驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)主回(hui)路(lu)進線端1U、1W,確(que)認驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)主回(hui)路(lu)內(nei)部存(cun)在(zai)短路(lu)。由于(yu)6RA26**交流驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)主回(hui)路(lu)進線直接(jie)與晶(jing)閘(zha)管(guan)相(xiang)連(lian),因(yin)此可(ke)以確(que)認故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)原(yuan)因(yin)是(shi)由于(yu)晶(jing)閘(zha)管(guan)損壞引(yin)起的(de)(de)。逐一(yi)測量主回(hui)路(lu)晶(jing)閘(zha)管(guan)V1-V6,確(que)認V1、V2不(bu)良(己短路(lu));更(geng)換同規格備件(jian)后(hou),機床(chuang)恢(hui)復正(zheng)常(chang)。由于(yu)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)器(qi)(qi)其他部分(fen)(fen)均無故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang),換上晶(jing)閘(zha)管(guan)模塊后(hou),機床(chuang)恢(hui)復正(zheng)常(chang)工作,分(fen)(fen)析原(yuan)因(yin)可(ke)能是(shi)瞬間電壓(ya)波(bo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)或負載(zai)波(bo)動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)引(yin)起的(de)(de)偶然故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)。
例9.外部故障引起電動機不轉的故障維修 故障現象:一臺配套SIEMENS 6M系統的進口立式加工中心,在換刀過程中發現刀庫不能正常旋轉。
分析(xi)與處(chu)理(li)過程:通過機床電氣原(yuan)理(li)圖分析(xi),該機床的(de)(de)刀庫(ku)(ku)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)控制(zhi)采用的(de)(de)是(shi)6RA**系列直流伺服驅 動(dong),刀庫(ku)(ku)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)速是(shi)由(you)(you)機床生產(chan)廠(chang)家(jia)制(zhi)造的(de)(de)“刀庫(ku)(ku)給(gei)(gei)定值(zhi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)/定位控制(zhi)”板(ban)進(jin)行控制(zhi)的(de)(de)。現場(chang)分析(xi)、觀察刀庫(ku)(ku)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)作,發(fa)現刀庫(ku)(ku)回轉(zhuan)(zhuan)時,PLC的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)信(xin)號(hao)(hao)已輸入(ru),刀庫(ku)(ku)機械(xie)插(cha)銷已經拔出,但6RA26**驅動(dong)器的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)給(gei)(gei)定模擬量未輸入(ru)。由(you)(you)于該模擬量的(de)(de)輸出來自“刀庫(ku)(ku)給(gei)(gei)定值(zhi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)/定位控制(zhi)”板(ban),由(you)(you)機床生產(chan)廠(chang)家(jia)提供的(de)(de)“刀庫(ku)(ku)給(gei)(gei)定值(zhi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)換(huan)/定位控制(zhi)”板(ban)原(yuan)理(li)圖逐(zhu)級測量,最終發(fa)現該板(ban)上的(de)(de)模擬開關(型號(hao)(hao)DG201)已損(sun)壞,更換(huan)同型號(hao)(hao)備件后,機床恢復(fu)正常工作。
例10.開機電動機即高速旋轉的故障維修 故障現象:一臺與例268同型號的機床,在開機調試時,出現手動按下刀庫回轉按鈕后,刀庫即高速旋轉,導致機床報警。
分析與處理過程:根(gen)據故障(zhang)現(xian)象(xiang),可以初步確定故障(zhang)是由于刀庫直流(liu)驅動器測(ce)(ce)速(su)反(fan)饋(kui)(kui)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)正確或(huo)測(ce)(ce)速(su)反(fan)饋(kui)(kui)線脫落(luo)引起(qi)的(de)速(su)度環(huan)正反(fan)饋(kui)(kui)或(huo)開(kai)環(huan)。測(ce)(ce)量確認該伺(si)服(fu)電動機測(ce)(ce)速(su)反(fan)饋(kui)(kui)線已(yi)連接(jie),但(dan)極(ji)性(xing)不(bu)正確;交換測(ce)(ce)速(su)反(fan)饋(kui)(kui)極(ji)性(xing)后(hou),刀庫動作恢復正常。
